Having just completed our week-long Bioinformatics Short Course, we are pleased to announce that we have made our custom Galaxy AMI (ID: ami-bc586cf9) available for public use in the Amazon Cloud.  This new AMI contains many of the standard tools from Galaxy as well as many custom tools and interfaces, such as Sickle, Scythe, GATK2, SGA, velvet, khmer, wgs assembler, DESeq, Trinity, Freebayes, mirDeep2, and many more.  Feel free to use our AMI for your analysis needs and please let us know how your experience was using it!
