Monica Britton was involved in some recent work that has just been published in the Environmental Science and Pollution journal:

Monica was involved generating a transcriptome assembly and subsequently annotating it from comparisons of all contigs with a custom subset of the nr database that represented all teleost species as well as with Ensembl protein sets from medaka and zebrafish. The work concluded by identifying many genes that were up- or down-regulated in response to exposure to ibuprofen.
